  I was there recently with my daughter to buy a purse. The older sales woman showed us bags but never allowed my daughter to see how it looked on her or look at the bag inside herself. To top it off, they didn't carry the one we wanted and didn't know when they will have it back in stock. Not what I expect from a store who focus on good customer service

  I had to wait around 10 minutes to get in because the sales assistants were helping other customers - one thing I was disappointed by is that the shoe size I wanted was on the mannequin for display and when they realized that, they just said sorry. When I spoke with a SA at the Chanel at Holt Renfrew they said I should have been offered to be on a call list for when they change the look on the mannequins so I could buy them.

  My friend was inside and lady stops me going inside thats worst customer services and not trusting asking me to contact my friend when i can see him showed her as well, felt very insulted as was few familys around lauging at me. Thanks Chanel to have this kind of stuff welcoming us

  I was there last night, about 20 minutes before closing. I already knew which bag I wanted and just wanted to see it before purchasing it. However, the girl at the front kept asking irrelevant questions, which made me feel like she didn’t believe I was actually going to buy it. I found her attitude very uncomfortable and was highly disappointed with the customer service. I was genuinely there to make a purchase, and I expected to be treated with more respect.
