  Kami pasangan turis dari Indonesia, dan ini kali ke 2 kami datang dan belanja di sini. Dari awal disambut dan ditemani oleh Tiffany yang ternyata super baik. Hampir 2 jam dia membantu kami mencarikan pilihan jaket yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kami. Sehingga akhirnya kami membeli 5 buah jaket hahaha Sepertinya Tiffany merupakan sales yang terbaik yang pernah membantu kami belanja. Terima kasih sekali lagi untuk pengalaman belanja yang sangat berkesan. Semoga suatu hari kami dapat berjumpa lagi dengan kamu 😍

  My husband went to Vancouver recently to watch the World Cup and ended up buying a new jacket here. The service he received was excellent but after he had chosen the style and size, the sales assistant packaged a new one up for him which he didn’t think to check. After leaving Vancouver he took the jacket out to wear to find these loose threads. Very disappointing given the price. Now it seems because he is no longer in Canada he has no recourse either. Just beware and always check the item before they package it.

  Canada Goose’s customer service has gotten so much better! I recently went in to exchange a birthday gift for a different size and style. Since I already own quite a few of their pieces, finding something new and right wasn't easy. I want to give a huge shoutout to Julia and Vanessa. They truly know their products inside and out! They helped me find the perfect color and style match while remaining incredibly mindful of my budget. Because it was a gift, I really didn't want the gift-giver to hit a massive price difference, and they made sure that didn't happen. They went above and beyond to find the perfect match. Heartfelt thanks to both of them

  Terrible store, terrible service!!! We visited the Pacific Centre Location twice. Both times were not made to feel welcome to shop. First visit, interrogated upon entering, almost prequalifying and we left without looking at anything. Second visit was beyond imaginable, 4 staff members standing at the door we had our baby grandson in a stroller. The workers greeting us all pointing to the stroller and looking concerned like the baby wasn’t allowed. We made note to the manager at the doorway saying we won’t be coming back and were told “that’s great, have a nice day” so I repeated myself in case he didn’t hear right and he again repeated and said again “ok thank you”. Worst customer service Canada Goose! Do better, treat people better.
