  The Canada Goose store in Vancouver really does a fantastic job of matching the city’s standards for making everything far more complicated than it needs to be. Even when you’re returning a $1,700 jacket, the experience somehow makes you feel like you’re asking them for a personal favor rather than exercising your right to return something you purchased. A simple return shouldn’t feel like negotiating a diplomatic treaty. But apparently, at Canada Goose Vancouver, even handing back an expensive jacket requires patience, persistence, and the feeling that you should probably say thank you for the privilege. Very Vancouver. Very complicated. Very unnecessary.

  Kami pasangan turis dari Indonesia, dan ini kali ke 2 kami datang dan belanja di sini. Dari awal disambut dan ditemani oleh Tiffany yang ternyata super baik. Hampir 2 jam dia membantu kami mencarikan pilihan jaket yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kami. Sehingga akhirnya kami membeli 5 buah jaket hahaha Sepertinya Tiffany merupakan sales yang terbaik yang pernah membantu kami belanja. Terima kasih sekali lagi untuk pengalaman belanja yang sangat berkesan. Semoga suatu hari kami dapat berjumpa lagi dengan kamu 😍
