  Had an absolute wonderful experience shopping here. All the SA’s were incredibly patient and kind, especially Camila. My credit card had issues at point of sale and she was so kind in allowing me to phone my credit card provider and work it out for over 45 minutes. She offered me water, a place to sit, and kept reassuring me to not feed bad about all the time spent fixing the issue. Her colleagues were also very gracious and welcoming. This was an incredible in-store experience. Most SAs would rush you so they can make a sale quickly, so this was a refreshing experience and I would absolutely go out of my way to purchase here again simply because of the staff’s amazing customer service!

  Bought my le city bag and buying my le city long wallet here :) love love love customer service is different - warm and friendly compared to other designer stores where associates can be a bit standoffish

  I am a regular client of balenciaga .. today I went to their boutique on Alberni and asked about specific shirt the guy (sales person ) instead of asking what I’m looking for he said “oh that’s from 2 years ago with a bulling tone as if I’m looking for sth really outdated !!! He didt even know the name of the shirt .. when asked him he said wrong name for the style .. so I just left and I’m going to buy it online from farfetch !! Very rude sales person I forgot to ask his name .. he was chines I guess Aug 31/2024 around 12:30 pm maybe this can help to find out who he was and send him for special training
