  Had an absolute wonderful experience shopping here. All the SA’s were incredibly patient and kind, especially Camila. My credit card had issues at point of sale and she was so kind in allowing me to phone my credit card provider and work it out for over 45 minutes. She offered me water, a place to sit, and kept reassuring me to not feed bad about all the time spent fixing the issue. Her colleagues were also very gracious and welcoming. This was an incredible in-store experience. Most SAs would rush you so they can make a sale quickly, so this was a refreshing experience and I would absolutely go out of my way to purchase here again simply because of the staff’s amazing customer service!

  This was our first time in Vancouver and my friend really wanted this specific bag that has been sold out, luckily this store had them in stock. Let me tell you, I’ll always remember this experience! Coco made us feel so welcomed, tones of knowledge on the products and over all just a really wonderful person! I will definitely be shopping here again and other Balenciaga stores in my area!

  Great experience, the Staff is really nice and friendly, they have the latest collection and the security is very polite and good too. Overall such a pleasant experience they got stuff I wanted
