  Service needs improvement, also told me that they "never offer birthday gift" which I am pretty sure ALO offers at all other locations. Very disappointed to hear that

  Worst customer service I’ve experienced at this location. I asked for help finding an item that was showing as in stock online. I asked three different times, and each time a team member told me they would check in the back, but none of them came back to update me. After the third request, someone finally returned and said they couldn’t find the item, even though it was still showing as available in the store online. To top it off, when I went to pay for my other items, the cashier didn’t ask if I wanted a bag. They simply placed my items on the counter with the receipt on top and walked away. Experiences like this are the main reason I prefer shopping online instead of in-store.
