  Pretty bad shopping experience. I did find and buy the item I needed, but the staff really need to improve their customer service. If they don’t know how to smile, at least they could avoid having such an impatient or annoyed look on their faces. You don’t need to approach customers, but when a customer approaches you and asks for an item, the least you can do is say, “Sorry, we don’t have it,” rather than just giving a dry “No, we don’t have it.”

  The service was the worst I have ever experienced. I purchased $650 worth of items, using a $150 gift card and paying the remaining balance by card. For the shoes, the staff told me that this brand only carried a size 6 as the smallest size. However, when I got home, I found out that size 5 was actually available online. I went back to the store and asked if they could help me order a size 5 online. Instead, they told me to return the shoes and place the online order myself. I know that the Pacific Centre location is able to assist customers with placing online orders, so I don’t understand why they refused to help me. Then, when they processed the refund, they refunded $150 back to my gift card and only $130 to my bank card. I specifically asked for the entire refund to go back to my bank card, but they told me that it was not possible. This is honestly the first time I have ever encountered a situation like this. The customer service was extremely disappointing.
