  Very disappointing customer service. I was waiting in the fitting room for an employee to bring me a different size while there was a long line of customers waiting outside. Instead of helping, several staff members stood around chatting with each other, leaving everyone waiting much longer than necessary. It got even worse when I asked if they had a specific item. The employee immediately said, No, we don’t have it, without bothering to check. Her colleague then corrected her and said they actually did have it. That level of laziness and lack of attention is unacceptable, especially for a premium brand.

  Horrible quality products. I have 2 pairs of Accolades sweatpants and they look horrible after a minimum number of wears. They pill so badly. I’ve never had any sweatpants regardless of cost or brand show so much wear so quickly. I don’t even wear them to play sports. For nearly $200 after tax for each, this company should be ashamed of their quality control.

  Absolutely not recommending them for any brand collaboration, the lady whom I talked with was extremely rude who didn’t wanna spend even a second listening to what I was wanting to discuss with her. Anyways, no wonders the store ratings are so poor. While she did direct me to the corporate office for partnerships I’ll also gladly share a feedback about her.

  I visited the store last week looking for a specific product. I asked a few staff members for help, but they ignored me and no one offered any assistance. It made me wonder what the purpose of having a physical store is if customers can’t get help when they need it. Very disappointing customer service and unhelpful staff.
