Very UNPROFESSIONAL GM SARA. ALL THESE REVIEWS ARE FROM PEOPLE WHO SPENT THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE BUT QUESTION IS, IS IT WORTH IT?
Super low temu quality clothes, peeling and lint all over my suit. Sara isn’t very helpful manager. There are so many 1 star reviews why don’t ALO look into it? BECAUSE THEY DONOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. I PREFER Lululemon all the way!! This store will shut down soon if the management is not replaced!!! Sara please leave, work and ruin other businesses !! Super rude GM and guess the staffs behaviour!!
Don’t shop ALO people goto Lululemon

The absolute worst customer service team I’ve come across in a long time. Back to Lululemon for me
I’ve been to the Alo Yoga store in Vancouver several times, and unfortunately the staff have consistently come across as rude and unwelcoming. On my recent visit, no one seemed friendly or even bothered to smile, which made the experience uncomfortable. I brought in a pair of shorts I purchased less than a year ago because the zipper stopped working, and even a tailor could not fix it, but the store refused to replace it because it had been 11 months. When I asked about their policy for quality issues, they only said “it depends” and could not give me any clear timeframe or explanation. I still ended up buying a new pair, but no one even apologized for the defective product or the poor experience. This is not based on one visit — I’ve felt the same lack of professionalism almost every time I’ve gone there, which is why I’m giving one star.

Store in nice , clothes are good too but the customer service is pathetic for lack of a better word to describe their extremely arrogant attitude. They were just standing their talking to each other about some cheap new restaurant while customers were roaming around without being offered any sort of help.

Unbelievable!!!
After posting my Google review , Today I went to the Alo store at Pacific Centre. At checkout, the same employee (girl)
who had previously treated me with arrogance suddenly called me by my name: “You’re Rosana, right?” The way it was said felt intimidating and deeply uncomfortable, almost as if the intention was to send the message: “We know who you are.”
Rather than offering a sincere apology for the poor experience and unprofessional behavior I had encountered earlier, the interaction felt passive-aggressive and insincere. Politeness without genuine respect means very little.
What concerns me most is that a luxury brand such as Alo Yoga would allow employees with so little professionalism, discretion, and customer service maturity to represent the company. Clients should never feel uncomfortable or singled out for expressing honest feedback.

I was shocked by the arrogance and rudeness displayed by several employees at the Alo Yoga store in Pacific Centre, Vancouver. They treated customers as though they were doing us a favor by selling clothing. Unfortunately, the staff came across as inexperienced and unprofessional, with very poor customer service skills.
The worst experience I had was with an employee named Maria, whose attitude was especially rude and dismissive.
Good manners and respect toward customers are essential in retail. Without that, any brand risks losing loyal clients. I will certainly continue shopping online instead, and I do not recommend visiting the Vancouver physical store.
