I was shocked by the arrogance and rudeness displayed by several employees at the Alo Yoga store in Pacific Centre, Vancouver. They treated customers as though they were doing us a favor by selling clothing. Unfortunately, the staff came across as inexperienced and unprofessional, with very poor customer service skills.
The worst experience I had was with an employee named Maria, whose attitude was especially rude and dismissive.
Good manners and respect toward customers are essential in retail. Without that, any brand risks losing loyal clients. I will certainly continue shopping online instead, and I do not recommend visiting the Vancouver physical store.

I want to love this brand… but no one at the store or at the customer care line, including the team lead, has any product knowledge. Things look pretty… but there’s no substance to the style.
Highly recommend Manduka for quality mats and sterling customer care.

Poor customer service. Spoke to maybe 5 staff and not a single one was friendly or wanted to help. Store is messy and hectic.
They need more staff working during busy sales, better service training.
I am a fan of ALO and usually prefer shopping online due to my busy schedule, but sometimes I like going to the store so I can try things before buying. Unfortunately, every time I visit this location, I leave thinking I’ll never come back. The staff are very careless and rude. Whenever I ask for help, they say “I don’t know” without even trying to check or assist. It’s really frustrating and disappointing.
