  Michael Kors Outlet provided an excellent shopping experience during my visit. The store was well organized, the selection was good, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. What really stood out, however, was the customer service. The sales associate who helped me was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure I found what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable about the products, answered my questions clearly, and offered assistance without being pushy. It’s always refreshing to receive service that feels sincere and professional. Her positive attitude made the shopping experience much more enjoyable and left a great impression. Customer service like this is one of the reasons people choose to shop in-store rather than online. I would definitely return to this location in the future.

  What bothered me the most was the lack of interaction. Whenever I tried to ask questions or needed assistance, the responses were very short and unhelpful. It felt like I was disturbing them instead of being a valued customer. Good customer service requires communication, patience, and basic politeness, but unfortunately, none of that was present here. There was also a clear lack of professionalism. Staff members did not seem trained in how to handle customers respectfully. Simple things like making eye contact, speaking politely, or explaining things properly were missing. Instead, the attitude came across as rude and careless. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating.

  Excellent service by Sabeen! She was patient, friendly, and extremely helpful while showing us several watches and assisting us in choosing the right bag. A truly pleasant shopping experience. Even the staff at the till counter, the curly hair lady and the guy with specs, were super helpful. Great job team.

  I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this Michael Kors store, especially from the manager. Instead of being helpful and professional, the manager was rude, dismissive, and uninterested in resolving my concern. As a customer, I expected basic courtesy and support, but I was made to feel ignored and uncomfortable. There was no effort to listen, explain, or provide a solution. This is not the level of service I expect from a well-known brand like Michael Kors. Because of this experience, I will think twice before shopping here again. Management seriously needs training on how to treat customers with respect.
