  Michael Kors Outlet provided an excellent shopping experience during my visit. The store was well organized, the selection was good, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. What really stood out, however, was the customer service. The sales associate who helped me was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure I found what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable about the products, answered my questions clearly, and offered assistance without being pushy. It’s always refreshing to receive service that feels sincere and professional. Her positive attitude made the shopping experience much more enjoyable and left a great impression. Customer service like this is one of the reasons people choose to shop in-store rather than online. I would definitely return to this location in the future.

  I bought two bags at Tsawwassen Mills on December 22, one of them is Christmas gift to my mother which i have sent back to taiwan, when I verify accounting records yesterday, I found out that your staff charge me twice on same bag but i actually bought different bag which is one of them are cheaper but instead of charging 2 different bag, they charge me 2 of expensive one. I went to store today and try to explain the situation is, they said they can't returned money to me, since I have only one bag at this moment, they have to see two of them in order to do refund, which i understand so i explain that one of them i have sent back to taiwan so i dont have it right now. Then the lady she said you will lost your money, even can't get store credit, that's our policy. This answer can not really convinced me so i asked to speak to manager, which the lady is the manager and she gave me the attitude that “I am the manger but i am not going to do anything for you. Because this is our POLICY” I am really surprise she is the store manager of Michael Kors, how terrible service she is providing, she even throw my receipt to my bag. Did she even realize that I am having 1.5 years old child beside me and I am currently pregnant? At the end she said she can check their cctv then will call me back and ask me to go back to the store. I am just wondering should they double check the bag barcode is correct or not instead of just blame the customer that is your mistake because you don't even check your receipt properly ? Another question, since this is happening last months, isn’t your store doing inventory every single day or even a monthly check? And now, I did not receive any useful information or help at your store. And your manager asking me to go back to your store to face her terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE just because this is all my fault that I did not check my receipt in store before I go home. what a nice manager in outlet store to represent Michael Kors.
