  During our visit, we accidentally got locked out of the fitting room while trying on clothes. A staff member assisted us, which we appreciated. However, immediately afterward, she questioned whether we had six items and later came over to count and inspect the clothing while I was simply showing my friend which T-shirts fit and which didn’t. The experience from the tall Mexican lady or Spanish (old) made us feel as though we were being treated with suspicion, despite doing nothing inappropriate. We come from respectable families and expect to be treated with courtesy and respect when shopping. Your staff would benefit from better customer service training, with a focus on treating customers professionally rather than making them feel distrusted. A good example is the Levi’s store in the same mall, where the staff consistently provide a welcoming and respectful shopping experience. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Poor customer service especially to the assistant supervisor named Michelle. The sale sign was confusing for men’s clearance section. And we found shirts hang for women on the clearance section but when scanning in the counter the cashier said it was not part of clearance he called Michelle. She talking to me far from me and doing something while taking and not looking to us.She’s not properly explaining the reason. And have sarcastic answer. And she turn away immediately and then smile. She was very rude and as assistant supervisor she must show good example to other sale associates.. She don’t know to handle customer inquiries and complain.

  I was at ck and Pooja was really helpful with the changing rooms and immediately opening it when any costumer came!

  I was helped by Mary, she was really friendly and helpful. Overall staff was so welcoming. Store was clean and well organized. Great location to shop and save some money on always running discounts.

  I just bought a jacket here and would like to say "THANK YOU " to the cashier- the young lady wears glasses. I have fantastic service from her.
