    We had such an amazing experience at Bass Pro Shops thanks to Dany! We came in on Monday, June 29, 2026, looking for a fishing rod and reel combo with a budget of around $600, and he made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. Instead of immediately showing us the most expensive options, Dany first walked us through the more affordable combos and explained the differences between each one. As we learned more, he gradually showed us higher-end options, always giving honest advice and helping us understand what we were paying for. We never felt pressured to spend more, he genuinely wanted us to find the setup that was right for us. What stood out even more was his professionalism. While he was helping us, other customers became impatient because he was busy assisting us, but Dany remained calm, respectful, and focused the entire time. Even with the pressure, he never rushed us or changed his attitude. He made us feel like our questions mattered and took the time to make sure we were confident with our purchase. His knowledge, patience, and positive attitude made this one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. Bass Pro Shops is lucky to have someone like Dany on their team. Thank you again for all your help, we absolutely love our new combo and couldn’t have picked it without your guidance!

    I left the store feeling disappointed because of how I was treated by the manager, Tim. He seemed impatient and dismissive when I raised my concerns. I hope the store works on improving customer service and treats every customer with respect.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Bass Pro Shops. The manager, Tim, was rude and unprofessional throughout our interaction. Instead of trying to understand my concerns, he came across as dismissive and disrespectful, which made me feel like my business wasn't valued. I also purchased a product that appeared to be damaged, and I was unhappy with how the issue was handled. Rather than helping resolve the problem, I felt my concerns were ignored. Based on my experience, I hope the store improves its customer service and handles product quality and customer complaints more professionally.

    Store grossly understaffed, staff lacking basic product education, website says products in store and available and the staff say they've never had those products in store. Bait and switch ..we don't thave this...buy this instead it's only an additional $150 ...and I was advised to buy off Amazon by staff ....what's a joke...

    Julie in customer service needs some major soft skills training. Bought a $600 yeti which right after paying I noticed was very scratched on the corner. Before leaving the store I asked Julie in customer service and she first off blamed me for the damage in an extremely rude way, but did say she would do it though she suspected it was my fault (it wasn’t) I very deliberately and carefully placed it into the cart. When she returned with the new one her coworker asked what happened and she said essentially that I wrecked it and wanted a new one and rolled her eyes. My family and I love driving out here from North Van to buy gear but I will not be purchasing from here anymore. Amazon is easier, and you won’t get blamed for damage to a floor item that has been handled by potentially dozens of other customers before I laid my hands on it. Do better Julie and keep your opinions to yourself, or perhaps seek work in denying insurance claims where you may be more suited.
