- AHAly H2 days ago5.0We came to the store to get some fishing gear for my 8 year old. Lawrence from the fishing department went above and beyond. He was so patient and got everything we needed to set up fishing for trout and salmon. He showed my son how to use the new gadgets, and shared lots of great fishing tips. You can tell his passion for fishing and joy for passing on the knowledge. Highly recommend the store and getting advice from a pro like him.

- DWDavid WatsonMay 11, 20265.0I was looking for a specific item. I called them to see if the item was in stock. Its a 45 min drive I didnt want to waste. Rang forever. Nobody answered. I called the Abbotsford location. Same thing. Couldn't even leave a message at either location. 15mins later. I received a phone call from a number I didnt recognize. It was Jasleen. Hope I spelled that correctly. She saw my number on the display and knew I called. She apologized Nobody answered. Explained how busy it was but she called me to see if she could help. I was absolutely shocked. I explained what I wanted to pick up. She checked the computer. Said there was 3 in stock. However. She said let me go on the floor and check to make sure. Could she call me back after she checked. I said sure. 15 m8ns later she called back. Told me they had what I needed and that she put the item at customer service and they would hold it there for 24hrs for me. Thanked her very much and I'd be there soon. I have never had such great service from a big box store in my life. Thanks Jasleen. You made my day as I couldn't find that that disco bed bunk cot anywhere else. Hope you enjoyed the Timbits
