- RSR SOct 8, 20261.0This rating is specifically for the fishing department - the staff are not knowledgeable and not willing to spend time to help They had a great fishing department manager, Lawrence, who was very knowledgeable and on top of everything. Whenever I went there to get some items, he was willing to help, providing great support and very friendly. I am sad to see that it's not like past anymore. The current staff members even don't want to spend 2 min to find something!! Hope the store manager takes care of this
- MQmohammed rehan qureshiSep 20, 20261.0Customer service level is going down time and again specially at fishing department, it is my 3rd visit in last 1 week and the service was poor and poor every-time I went there. I think they have been working alone or they are tired with helping a lot of customers, but the service is getting bad day by day. Even if you ask them a simple question they just say you can check in the aisle, or they say you can go look there, you should find something. It was 2 old guys I dealt with in last two visits but today was a young guy. Totally not interested in service. They used to be very great people working here but I think all this new hires are not interested in working and don’t care about customers. Customer service manager, please look into this. Thanks
