  Extremely disappointing experience at American Eagle – Tsawwassen Mills. We purchased several items from this location, and one of the items — a body mist — was scanned and chargd on our bill by the cashier, but was never placed in our shopping bag. We only realized it after reaching home. What makes this even more frustrating is the way the situation was handled afterward. Customers travel from far away to shop at Tsawwassen Mills, and it is not reasonable to expect someone to keep driving back because an employee failed to put a paid item in the bag. We contacted the store expecting them to take responsibility and help resolve the issue, but the response and customer service were extremely disappointing. After this happened, I also noticed reviews from other customers describing issues involving missing items and poor customer service. Management seriously needs to look into how purchases are being handled at this location. If an item has been scanned and paid for, it is the store's responsibility to make sure it is handed to the customer. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to properly address the mistake is unacceptable. I expect management to investigate this incident, review the transaction/camera footage if available, and take appropriate action. Customers should not have to lose their money because a paid item was not placed in their bag. Very poor customer service and an extremely frustrating experience. Management needs to take these complaints

  Nice shopping here. The girl working in the lingerie section was kind, sweet, and had such a positive attitude. I walked in with a smile, bought with a smile, and I’m still sitting at home with a smile. I’m so grateful for her attitude because she made me feel completely comfortable throughout my entire purchase.

  Weird occurrence i saw the manager ( i’m not 100% sure ) smoking outside and when i went in felt followed the whole time.

  I’m a frequent AE customer, but I had a pretty disappointing experience at the Mills location. One of the store managers (I think his name was Vince or Vance, as the cashier mentioned) along with another staff member kept following us around the store the entire time, even while we were waiting in line to check out, which made it feel like he thought we were there to steal something. It was really uncomfortable and made us feel unwelcome.Will be choosing a different location from now on.

  I strongly encourage the staff workers to wear body deodorant. The person smells like a biohazard.
