- DDDerek3 days ago5.0I was having trouble returning an item and ended up going to three different Sunglass Hut locations trying to get the return processed. It was frustrating having to visit multiple stores for what should have been a simple return, but Anthony at the Guildford Mall location was super helpful. He was able to get everything sorted out in about 10 minutes (instead of the almost 2 hours I spent trying in another store, btw). He was patient, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. I really appreciate his help and excellent customer service. Thanks Anthony!

I ended up leaving with a pair I love and had a great experience from start to finish.
