  I visited Malabar gold and diamond Surrey location. Selection of designs, customer service and the look out of the store is amazing. I was helped by Neha Verma, a very soft spoken lady, she explains all the charges and makes sure everything is transparent. We spent more than an hour to select the jewellary.. she been very patient. One more thing this store gives better prizes than others in the market. Thank you Neha for your patience and amazing customer service.

  So much overpriced they are selling 22 k gold on 24 k rate and that’s also more than Google ‘s rate when I asked that Google is showing less they said we don’t believe google we have our own rate beware of paying deposit to them I paid some deposit for chain then later did the math they were charging me 800$ extra so I had to cancel the chain but they had my money they forced me to buy another gold thing they were charging me so extra on that too after 2 hours of arguing they agreed on little less but that was also extra they had my money so I had to agree on that this was my first and last visit to this store when you go there check 22 k rate first on internal then you will see big difference in their rate and in orignal rate

  I had a very disappointing experience. I confirmed multiple times that my kada could be resized the same day as i needed it today urgent.They repeatedly assured me that it would be done in one hour , so I went ahead and paid. They also have a very strict non-refundable policy. However, after taking my payment, they told me they couldn’t resize it today after all. Because I trusted their confirmation, I didn’t take it to another jeweller who could have done it. They left me stuck in a situation where they couldn’t provide the service as promised, and I also lost the opportunity to get it done elsewhere. If same-day service isn’t guaranteed, they should be honest with customers before taking payment. They expect customers to follow their strict policies, but they don’t honour the commitments they make themselves.
