  This location is horrible for their customer service. Very surprised Lululemon would hire rude and negative sales associates. I’m a regular Lululemon customer but I will be avoiding shopping at his location. Too bad because they just opened a larger store.

  I had the privilege of meeting Gabi yesterday at the Morgan Crossing Lululemon. She was the most helpful, thoughtful and knowledgeable Lululemon customer service representative I have ever met. I am a 55 year old woman and I've got to tell you this young lady in her 20's made me feel beautiful, seen and appreciated. I ended up spending $1000 of which I will never regret. Thanks Gabi for making my day and experience at Lululemon outstanding.

  The most unacceptable and poor customer service from the customer service worker. She really needs to learn the meaning or customer service and get some immediate training. I will be forwarding my concerns and her poor behavior and misconduct to the head office and have everything recorded. She was extremely rude, disrespectful and was throwing my clothes in the bag without folding them. Spent over $1000.00 feeling so upset and uncomfortable by her actions and poor service. She was rolling her eyes and mumbling under her breath several times. Management needs to review footage and correct this unprofessional behaviour. Register 3 Cashier 99994000161590 She is always rude to other customers for no reason as well. This needs to be addressed and she is not fit for this role.

  I purchased a pair of shorts from this store about a week ago. Today, I returned to request a refund as they did not fit. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The cashier, Angee, declined the return because the tag was not attached to the shorts, although it was still provided with the item. While I understand that store policies must be followed, I found her tone and manner of communication to be unprofessional. She also made a comment about an odor, which I felt was inappropriate and handled insensitively. The shorts were never worn outside; any smell may have been due to food, as I frequently carry takeout. I then spoke with the female manager, whose approach was also dismissive and rude. As a customer, I expect a manager to communicate respectfully and professionally, but this was not my experience. When I asked if an exchange would be possible instead, my request was refused without consideration. The way both employees spoke to me made me feel uncomfortable and singled out, and the interaction came across as biased and disrespectful. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I will not be returning to this store. I hope management takes steps to improve how customers are treated.
