- CSChen ShenSep 30, 20265.0People in the store are all so nice. A kind lady gave stickers to my boy. And the checkout person is very nice too.
- LTLucila TavaresSep 27, 20265.0My first time shopping at Lululemon was in Banff, and I had a great experience! I loved the selection of clothing and how comfortable everything felt when I tried it on. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made my first visit even better. I’ll definitely be shopping at Lululemon again! I forgot the name of the lovely salesperson at the fitting room but she was amazing!

- SKSharanjit KaurAug 17, 20261.0Visited to pick up a keychain. Unfortunately, the checkout experience felt quite cold and unwelcoming. I hope the team can make customers feel a little more welcomed and valued.
- BMBrooke McJun 8, 20265.0(Morning, June 6, 2026) This was my first time shopping at Lululemon. Super friendly and helpful staff, especially the woman in the dressing room section who congratulated me on my upcoming graduation. I didn't get her name, but I hope she knows that she made my stressful shopping day much better.
