  My name is Sadajeet I had a great experience shopping at American Eagle! We were helped by three amazing staff members who made our visit enjoyable from start to finish. Saab and Kashish handled our transaction, and they were incredibly patient, courteous, and helpful. They also assisted us with price matching, which made the checkout process smooth and stress-free. Kirat helped us in the fitting room and was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the entire team made us feel welcomed. Thank you for such a wonderful shopping experience! Highly recommend this Guildford location. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I’ve been shopping at this store for a long time, even back when you were still in your old location. The staff used to be really great, which is why I kept coming back. But recently, I had a very bad experience. I was in the fitting room trying on clothes when someone knocked very loudly. I said “yes,” but then someone suddenly tried to open the door anyway. Good thing I was right behind it and was able to stop it from opening. When I came out, no one even apologized, which was really disappointing and unprofessional. I didn’t clearly see who did it, but there were only two staff assisting in the fitting area (a male and a female), and I suspect it might have been the male staff. I hope the staff at your new location can be better trained moving forward.

  I came in today on a time crunch and needed jeans and also figuring out what style i wanted and was helped by Prabhleen she is so sweet she was constantly checking up on me and grabbed me atleast 6 different pairs of jeans! Amazing customer service by her!!

  I recently came into American Eagle Guildford not knowing much about jeans or what style would suit me best, but the star salesman Rayaan completely changed the experience for me. From the moment I walked in Rayaan was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive. Within minutes he was able to understand exactly what I was looking for and he gave me multiple recommendations that matched my style perfectly! Rayaan stood out to me a lot because of how dedicated he was to helping me find the right fit. He spent so much time going through stacks of jeans and checking different sizes and styles and he never once made me feel rushed. It is quite rare to come across customer service like this nowadays since Rayaan went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and confident with my purchase. The workers in the fitting room were of great help as well and they kept making sure everything was going well for me. I had a great first time experience at American Eagle Guildford!
