  I want to give a shoutoit to Sab at the Guildford AE for providing amazing service. I had picked up an online order from another location and tried the items on before leaving. As three of the items weren’t suitable I immediately returned them so they were processed as a cancellation instead of a return. Unfortunately I had not realized the store accidentally cancelled the wrong item and when I went to later go return the remaining items at the Guildford location there was a bit of a confusing mess to clean up. Sab was friendly and patient and got it sorted out and also price matched the new items I was purchasing. Thanks Sab for your amazing, friendly service! It’s rare these days

  My name is Sadajeet I had a great experience shopping at American Eagle! We were helped by three amazing staff members who made our visit enjoyable from start to finish. Saab and Kashish handled our transaction, and they were incredibly patient, courteous, and helpful. They also assisted us with price matching, which made the checkout process smooth and stress-free. Kirat helped us in the fitting room and was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the entire team made us feel welcomed. Thank you for such a wonderful shopping experience! Highly recommend this Guildford location. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I’ve been shopping at this store for a long time, even back when you were still in your old location. The staff used to be really great, which is why I kept coming back. But recently, I had a very bad experience. I was in the fitting room trying on clothes when someone knocked very loudly. I said “yes,” but then someone suddenly tried to open the door anyway. Good thing I was right behind it and was able to stop it from opening. When I came out, no one even apologized, which was really disappointing and unprofessional. I didn’t clearly see who did it, but there were only two staff assisting in the fitting area (a male and a female), and I suspect it might have been the male staff. I hope the staff at your new location can be better trained moving forward.

  I came in today on a time crunch and needed jeans and also figuring out what style i wanted and was helped by Prabhleen she is so sweet she was constantly checking up on me and grabbed me atleast 6 different pairs of jeans! Amazing customer service by her!!
