  I can't stress enough how amazing quality of the staff are here. They just put aside a very special set for my partners bday when I couldn't make it for opening this morning due to work. This may not seem like a huge deal... but it was for me and will be for my partner when she gets this set. Thanks again for all your help!

  Recently attended their LEGO event for kids, and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming! My little one had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the experience. A big shoutout to the LEGO team for putting together such a fun event for the kids! Also, only at this event did I learn that there’s a LEGO membership—whoops! Now I can finally start earning points.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Okay so. Let me set the scene. My partner and I came in for a wholesome little date night. The vibe was supposed to be soft. Cottagecore, even. We were going to build some Lego together, touch grass emotionally, maybe reconnect over the shared trauma of hunting for that one specific 1x2 piece. That was the plan. That was the ENTIRE plan. We are adults. We have a mortgage-shaped hole where our savings used to be. We were going to be responsible. Reader: we were not responsible. We left with a shark. And a dirt bike. And a Batmobile. None of these were on the agenda. None of these sparked a group chat discussion beforehand. I blacked out somewhere around the shark and came to clutching the Batmobile like it was the last avocado toast on earth, and I know exactly who did this to me: Alica. Alica is an absolute legend. The customer service equivalent of a green flag. Patient, knowledgeable, and gifted with the terrifying ability to make each escalating purchase feel not just reasonable but deeply necessary for my personal growth. "Do I need a shark?" Yes. "A dirt bike too?" It's called self-care. "Surely not the Batmobile as well?" Alica, quietly, like a Sith lord of joy: it's happening. I came in for date night and left questioning my finances, my willpower, and whether I've ever once in my life made a good decision — and honestly? No notes. This is the content. This is the serotonin. This is the kind of service that turns "just here to build something small" into "please help me carry my emotional support plastic to the car." Immaculate vibes. Zero judgment for a cart that was speedrunning my overdraft. Enough charm that my partner and I both left grinning like we'd gotten away with something, which, financially, we did not. Give Alica a raise. Give Alica a corner office. Give Alica their own themed minifigure and a small ceremony. Alica is doing the Lord's work and that work is enabling millennials to cope through brick-based retail therapy. 10/10. Would let Alica bankrupt me again. Best date night detour of my entire adult life, and I say that as someone who is technically still paying it off.
