  Hugo was very easygoing and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked into the store. He helped me with all my questions with a smile on his face and provided very good customer service. I really appreciate his friendly and professional attitude.

  Highly Recommended – Excellent Service & Great Deals! I had a fantastic shopping experience at this Sunglass Hut store. It’s a perfect place to find high-quality sunglasses for men, women, and even sports styles. The current promotions are really impressive — when you buy one pair, they offer excellent discounts on the second pair (over 30% off). I purchased three pairs and received 40% off on the second one. The third pair, which was for a child, was reduced from $126 to just $80. On top of that, they generously included a free cleaning kit with every pair (normally worth $21). A special thank you to Mrs. Mahin, one of the wonderful sales associates. She was incredibly helpful and patient. She showed us all available options on the tablet based on our face measurements — something I didn’t even know existed! She also explained the benefits of polarized lenses, which make colors look much more vibrant and distinct compared to regular sunglasses. She even guided us on which frames can be fitted with prescription lenses. This store offers not only great products but also outstanding customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality sunglasses at good prices.

  Great store with a really nice selection of glasses. My husband and I purchased two pairs of sunglasses totaling around $500, so overall it was a pretty significant purchase. What really threw me off was the experience at checkout. I asked for a microfiber cloth for my glasses (I purchased a pair of Versace sunglasses), and the woman (I think her name was Hannah) at the register refused and said there was nothing she could do. She came across as quite rude, which was disappointing considering the amount we had just spent. What made it even more confusing was that my husband was given a cloth with his purchase, but I wasn’t. We ended up speaking to a manager, who was actually very kind and handled the situation well. She apologized and went to the back to get me a Versace cloth. So while the store itself is great and the manager was helpful, the checkout experience definitely left a bad impression.

  I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Hannah while searching for sunglasses to give to my mom as a gift. Not only was she patient and friendly, but she also took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Her suggestions were thoughtful, and she explained the different styles clearly, never making me feel rushed. Thanks to Hannah, I found the perfect pair, and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable.
