  I would highly recommend this location. Hugo did an amazing job fixing my glasses. He corrected the adjustments I had done at a different store. I will definitely be back.

  I made a purchase on June 20. Afterward, I checked your website and noticed that there was a Father’s Day sale with a 20% discount. However, your store staff did not provide any price adjustment. I am quite disappointed with this experience and would appreciate it if you could look into this matter.

  I walked into the store today looking specifically for three different Rayban styles. I was immediately greeted and acknowledged. The employee working today was super helpful, friendly, and was able to really give such a great customer experience by answering all of my questions with kindness and patience. We even had a great conversation about Michael Jackson! Many thank you’s to Hugo for helping me with my purchase today! I absolutely love my new sunglasses! The kindness and friendliness he provided in his customer service skills really did make all the difference in my shopping experience. Thank you again Hugo!

  I had the most lovely experience at the Sunglass Hut at Richmond Centre. Rayza and Kieran were both so friendly and helpful. Angela was extremely quick, knowledgeable, and accommodating when dealing with my order and return. She was also training other staff while assisting me, which was super impressive. I can tell she truly deserves a higher position because she is exceptional at her job and amazing at training others. Thank you everyone!!!
