  We visited McArthur Glen outlet and found a nice bag in Samsonite. A guy named Bryan was very helpful and accommodated us. Well done Bryan! I hope you get a raise!

  I went to this store at 10:30am on Saturday. They should have more people working for a big sale going on. I don’t know why there’s only one older gentleman working with a lot of different customers at the same time. I needed a luggage to take a flight in 3 hours and ended up waiting for at least 30 minutes without any help. I feel bad for him and whoever’s working here.

  I’ve been waiting for them to restock the Paralux, got it with 20% off. The young and handsome salesman was so helpful and so funny that my friend even asked for his wechat.
