I came in looking for a belt for my dad, and the sales associate who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to help me measure the belts properly, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel rushed. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but he was a Latino gentleman working today — and he genuinely made the whole shopping experience so pleasant. The entire staff at this location was warm and welcoming, and customer service like this is rare these days. Thank you so much again for all your help. I really appreciated it!

Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant shopping experience, and I was able to find a nice gift in the end.
