- MMMariaOct 4, 20265.0Nicholas was super helpful when we were looking for sizes and different styles!
- CCChen ClaireSep 15, 20261.0They just ignore certain group of people (no welcome, no eye contact, nothing, just idling around or staring at the clothes!) and then only help certain group of people. By group I mean skin colour or race. I can’t believe I experience something like this in Vancouver. Only in this LR store. This place is cooked.
- ISIan SandlerSep 7, 20265.0Matias was so kind and helpful!
- BBBru Lee (BruLee브루리)Aug 22, 20261.0I experienced terrible customer service from a young blonde female cashier. When I requested a paper bag, she looked at me silently with an annoyed expression, threw the receipt into the bag, and abruptly turned away. The way I was treated was unacceptable and deeply disrespectful.
- JJJennyAug 22, 20261.0Terrible customer service. On Aug 22, 2026, around 1:39 PM (Register 7), I bought a $270 jacket and the young blonde girl cashier literally threw the receipt into my bag, turned right around, and walked off. Looking at the reviews below, I see I am not the only one who experienced this. Shockingly rude and unprofessional for Ralph Lauren.
