  I visited the store today for help with my watch, which my brother gifted me last year. I didn't have the receipt, but the staff member and her manager named Candy and Jason was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me find the purchase record. She was able to assist me without charging any fees. I really appreciate her patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thank you for making the whole experience so easy. I highly recommend this store!

  We just visited this store at templeton, Candy is really good at customer service, she was so calm and polite and gave us really wiser suggestions. Thank you guys . I love this store ♥️

  We had a fantastic experience with Kapeesh, the knowledgeable salesperson. He greeted us warmly, and his expertise about Movado watches was phenomenal! We were truly impressed by his passion for the watches and his dedication to his work.

  I bought a watch here about 2 weeks ago. Very decent prices with convincing quality. You will find what you want which also matches your budget, range from $100 to some thousands all with worth quality. Mature professional sales people will greet you and help you patiently to buy what you really need. Worth trying it. I will go back to buy some more watches 😊😉

  We received excellent care from Sara (she had coloured hair) throughout the day we went to different watch stores and told her we have some choices at other stores. this did not stop her from giving us top tier customer service! we took out every watch we were interested! we left to think about our choices and she was happy that we were taking a look. we decided to go back and purchase a watch from her! please if you ever please ask for her!
