  Today happened to be their Coffee brewing appreciation day. There were lots of shoppers in the store, like shoulder to shoulder. As I was eyeing a sale item, a very amicable associate Natasha actually took time to accommodate many of my requests until I was fully served. After paying for my items, I was waiting in line for my free ice latte. A nice lady walked by and gave me directions on how to order. Erika was the manager on duty, she was approachable, kind, and helpful. This store was definitely my preferred location because of their customer service. Thank you team!

  Michael Kors Outlet was a disappointing shopping experience. What stood out most was how many of the employees seemed more focused on getting credit for a sale than actually helping customers. Several staff members rushed to introduce themselves and make sure their names were associated with purchases, but when it came to providing useful assistance or answering questions, the level of support was lacking. The overall customer service felt forced and insincere. Most employees came across as rude, uninterested, or impatient rather than welcoming and professional. A luxury retail experience should be centered around the customer, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case here. There is definitely room for improvement in staff training and customer service culture.
