  I had an exceptional experience at Lululemon today thanks to Haley and Parni. Haley was incredibly knowledgeable, and attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what I came in for and offering thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. Please ensure he is recognized for his client excellence. Parni, the Floor Lead, went above and beyond to ensure I left the store completely satisfied. Their professionalism, genuine care, and commitment to outstanding customer service truly stood out. Together, they created a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience that exceeded my expectations. It's rare to encounter a team so dedicated to customer satisfaction.   i was going to try on leggings and i asked this employee in the leggings section folding, a brown girl with short braids where they are and then she asked me my size and i didn’t remember so i asked my friend to check my tag as I was wearing their leggings and while she was checking the woman instantly said i was a size 10 and my friend was like … it’s a size 4 and she was like shocked like no way i wasn’t an 8 or 10.. I think better training is needed to not offend your customers.. I never asked for a size recommendation, just the leggings, the attitude and gasping when I told her my real size was unnecessary.

  幾個月前在Richmond center的 Lululemon 買了一個冬奧限量款的運動員包，今天下午因自己的疏忽被偷了，立刻前往店裡想再找一個類似款，店員Nicole非常有耐心的幫忙尋找符合我要求的品項，最後聯合她的經理告知我這個運動袋是免費的，原因是我之前的被偷了。令我感動的是，明明被偷是我個人疏忽造成的，Lululemon 卻願意為我承擔損失。我一再表明應該付費，但經理及Nicole堅持要免費送給我。這是我自小到大第一次遇到。除了給她們五星的好評之外，真的不知該如何感謝Lululemon 如此優質的服務。 A few months ago, I bought a limited-edition Winter Olympics athlete bag at the Lululemon store in Richmond Center. This afternoon, due to my own negligence, it was stolen. I immediately went back to the store to find a similar one. Nicole, a sales assistant, patiently helped me find an item that met my requirements. Finally, she and her manager informed me that the sports bag was free because my previous one had been stolen. I was deeply moved that, despite the theft being due to my own negligence, Lululemon was willing to cover my loss. I repeatedly stated that I should pay for it, but the manager and Nicole insisted on giving it to me for free. This is the first time I've ever experienced something like this. Besides giving them a five-star review, I truly don't know how to thank Lululemon for such excellent service.

  I went to exchange a cap. I walked into the store with the cap and my receipt, and I tried to get an attendant's attention, but she walked away. Then I tried to get another attendant's attention, and she ignored me again. Finally, I got the attention of another attendant, and she helped me, but then I changed my mind and decided to keep the cap. I grabbed two headbands to buy them, and two attendants kept watching me while I was waiting to pay. Then, as soon as I paid, they left.
