  I went to exchange a cap. I walked into the store with the cap and my receipt, and I tried to get an attendant's attention, but she walked away. Then I tried to get another attendant's attention, and she ignored me again. Finally, I got the attention of another attendant, and she helped me, but then I changed my mind and decided to keep the cap. I grabbed two headbands to buy them, and two attendants kept watching me while I was waiting to pay. Then, as soon as I paid, they left.

  Jasmine was very helpful when we needed to make multiple different transactions. Thanks for being accommodating! Things were very quick as well despite the store being very busy.

  Since I used to be a fan of their quality, I am very disappointed in the terrible quality of their men’s trousers over the past few years. Stitching came out of pockets, seams, and more within 6 to 8 times of wearing 2 of them. They often did not have my size (33/34) so I bought several pairs when I could find them. Some were not worn for 18 months before I even wore them. When trying to return them, I could no longer find the receipts, so they went by date of manufacture. Over 1 year, of course. No credit, no refund. Waste of money. No longer spending it here. Quality has gotten terrible the past few years.

  Had product issues for my shoes (broken parts) and my daughter's backbag (broken handle), the sales Kisha and the store manager handled my problem nicely and professionally. Excellent customer service!

  I felt uncomfortable shopping at this Lululemon for what seemed like a lack of DEI. All their sales people looked a certain way, I could understand this for a store like Aritzia but for a brand like Lululemon that seems to prides itself on being inclusive, you would think they make DEI a bigger priority. Instead their staff are all of a certain age group and have similar type of look/body type. I probably won’t shop there again anytime soon and opt for the Metrotown store where the staff are more diverse or shop online. Even places like Sephora have more diverse staff than this store, which is surprising. They should have their staff reflect its diverse customer base.
