  I had an outstanding experience with Cole Haan at McArthur Glen, had multiple visits to this branch and they don’t disappoint. Their customer service team headed by their Manager Soheila, sales associates, Shaina, Khristine & Mylene (was on date of this review) they were all incredibly attentive, responsive, and truly focused on making sure every customer request was handled quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a company that stays so on top of communication and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction specially when it’s really busy as it is a holiday today. On top of the excellent service, the quality of their products is exceptional. From the craftsmanship to the comfort and style, every item reflects great attention to detail and durability. Cole Haan consistently delivers high-quality leather goods that are both stylish and reliable. One of the best everyday shoes I’ve ever worn were Cole Haan’s Crosscourt Joy platform & Arlowe, coming from someone who has spine problem as well, their shoes are properly cushioned and comfortable. Their bags are the best as well specially with their price point, totally worth every dollar. I highly recommend Cole Haan specially this branch to anyone looking for premium products backed by a company that values its customers and stands behind its brand + good deals!!

  This is the most disgusting store I’ve ever encountered. I bought a pair of shoes one day and went back the next day to return them, but they refused. They insisted that I had worn them outdoors, which is absolutely not true. The shoes were not damaged at all. The staff had a terrible attitude, and the overall service in the store was lazy and unprofessional.

  It is a total shame For bought from this store 5 items I wanted to return one of them Guess what, I was forces to receive a gift card! Could not get money back because their machine kept refusing the same card shown in the receipt!!! So because of their machine fault I had to be forced to buy from them again! What is worse is that I spoke to customer service on phone and was told that they can not help with anything and their only business is online purchases ( practically no costumer support ) Not happy with Cole Haan system
