  Good shopping experience at Calvin Klein. The store was clean, organized, and had a nice selection with some good deals. Staff were helpful when needed and gave us space to browse. Overall a good experience, although the service could have been a little more attentive. Would shop here again.

  Some marketing fraud going on and the cashier was not helpful at all. Bought 2 t-shirts that were on sale (2 for $50 or 1 for $30 each) and there was "an additional 20% off your entire purchase" promotion going on as well. Final subtotal before taxes should have been $40 (80% of $50 since I bought 2 t-shirts). However, their system applied the 20% discount on the $30 for each t-shirt instead; basically disregarding the 2 for $50 deal. I brought this up to the cashier and she told me "it's how it is in the system and I can't change it. You'll have to contact customer service if you want to dispute the charge." I'm sorry but I'm sure there is someone on the floor that can overide the system. Please train your staff better instead of them just trying to disregard the inconvience of fixing the problem (especially when it's clearly your error and it wasn't even busy; I was only 1 of 2 ppl in line and there were 2 cashiers). I decided to refund my purchase on the spot as obviously, they wouldn't care to fix it afterwards if they already got my money. Plus, as I was browsing a stack of t-shirts to find my size, some of them had their original manufacturer tags with $49.99 on them, while others (exact same t-shirt; design and all) had stickers over the original price and the stickers said $60.00. So if you are going to shop here, I would pay extreme attention to any stickers on the tags. You're probably overpaying at that point if you find one. For me, not going to shop here ever again.

  I’d give a minus rating if it were an option. The two Southeast Asian sales associates on the floor were extremely rude and dismissive while talking to customers. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, very disappointing experience. However, Kyle was really helpful.

  Ravneet was the nicest and kindest of them all!!!😇 She went above and beyond in the history of all Calvin Klein staff we have met from different store locations!👌 What sets her apart from her team is that, she had a heart full of compassion, eagerness and willingness to assist each and every customer that comes her way. Keep up the excellent work! CK is lucky to have you - a rare gem!💎
