  There is only one exit, and with so many cars backed up, it took me over 30 minutes just to get out. This could be a serious problem for anyone trying to catch a flight at the airport. Even worse, there were no staff members around to direct or manage the traffic. The whole parking and exit situation was extremely chaotic and poorly organized. Very disappointing and definitely something that needs to be improved.

  Really nice outlet with a great selection of brands! What I really liked is that they have different promotions and special discounts throughout the week, so you can actually find some really good-quality items at great prices. The atmosphere is also really nice and makes shopping there a fun experience. The only downside, especially if you live downtown or on the North Shore, is that it’s a bit of a drive. But honestly, it’s worth the trip if you’re looking for good brands and great deals. Definitely a good place to shop and I’ll be back

  EV chargers not monitored, gas cars and EV cars parked without plugged in for charging. Talked to security but they said nobody monitoring it or towing those who use the system. It's disappointing to see that place where we spend 100s of dollars coming from far away and expecting to charge our vehicles, it is so disorganized. Just warning others with EVs not to come shopping here as they can't charge their car as Outlet is not making it available..

  I really enjoyed my visit to McArthurGlen Designer Outlet! There are so many great brands and lots of different stores to choose from. I especially loved walking around the outdoor shopping area—it has a nice and relaxing atmosphere. I was also happy to find some good deals and great selections. The location near the airport is very convenient, and it’s easy to get there by SkyTrain. Overall, it was a fun shopping experience, and I would definitely come back again! 🛍️❤️

  Stopped by the outlet mall Friday evening after work since I hadn't been in a while, and it was way less chaotic than I expected for a weekday close to closing time. Grabbed a coffee and just wandered the promenade for a bit, the layout is actually nice to walk around with all the outdoor seating areas. Staff at a couple of the stores I went into were genuinely helpful, not pushy at all, which made trying stuff on way less annoying. Parking was easy too, found a spot near the entrance in under a minute, so overall a solid way to spend a Friday evening unwinding.
