  I was talking to a girl by the fitting room, and the manager kept interrupting her everytime she was trying to answer my question. Then she helped me at the cash counter, and, was rude about when I asked questions about return policy. Everyone else were really helpful.

  Just had the best service at the Pine Center Mall Lululemon in Prince George, we had the pleasure of being helped by the manager herself and we definitely got treated like family. The Brain family from Prince Rupert thanks you so much

  I went to use a warranty on a pair of shorts I purchased and the employee there made it seem as if she was paying for my exchange. Absolutely condescending and down right rude. Why have the warranty policy if the educators are going to treat you unkind for using it?

  I had such a wonderful experience at Lululemon thanks to Mackenzie. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely made my day. While I was shopping, I casually mentioned that I’ve been losing weight and have become much more active at the gym. A little while later, she surprised me with a water bottle as a gift to celebrate my journey. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture, and it honestly made me so happy. Customer service like this is rare, and it’s employees like Mackenzie who make people want to come back. Lululemon is lucky to have her—we definitely need more employees like her!
