  All my questions were answered in a friendly and professional way. I got a new set of Oakley to replace an old one. Also got the sunglasses cleaner!

  My experience at The Sunglasses Hut was so wonderful. Karan provided exceptional service helping me pick out a style that suited my face. I ended up with two pairs and couldn’t be happier. I will continue to shop here.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had one of the most humiliating retail experiences I've ever had at this Sunglass Hut location. I visited the store intending to purchase a pair of Oakley sunglasses. While I was trying on different styles, an employee named Mary repeatedly stared at me as I browsed, which already made me feel uncomfortable. Without me asking for any advice or opinion, she suddenly said, "That's pretty bold of you to try on Oakleys." Confused, I replied, "I'm sorry... what?" She then responded, "Well yeah, Oakleys are not for everyone." I was completely stunned. As soon as she made that comment, every customer and employee in the store looked directly at me. The entire store went quiet, and I immediately felt singled out, embarrassed, and humiliated. I quietly put the sunglasses away and walked to the other side of the store to look at Ray-Bans, but Mary continued staring at me from across the store. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable shopping and left without making a purchase. After I left, another employee came outside to ask if I had forgotten my water bottle. I took the opportunity to explain what had just happened, and she accompanied me back into the store so I could speak with the manager. I explained how inappropriate and humiliating Mary's comments were. Mary's response was simply, "I'm sorry if that comment bothered you," which did not feel like a genuine acknowledgement or apology. The manager told me they wanted the store to be a "safe space," but I left feeling that my concerns were not meaningfully addressed. I have shopped for sunglasses many times and have never experienced anything like this. Customers should be able to try on products without being judged, mocked, or made to feel embarrassed. I sincerely hope Sunglass Hut takes this incident seriously and ensures that no other customer is treated this way.
