  Recently I had a nightmare experience. I used to shop in-person but as the stores didn't have the shoes that I wanted I ordered it online. The shoes arrived in wrong color, wrong size and without a box!!!! And when I had to return it they were refusing to take it back because I didn't have the box with me. I think it's pretty simple for those who are packing the orders to take the customers shoes home and put the wrong shoe in the order package and keep the wrong shoe's box at the warehouse so nobody will notice that the wrong shoes box is missing! Thanks to the staff who were working at Capilano Mall store who helped me out to return this shoes. My order was a white Puma shoes in size 7.5 and I received pink shoes in size 8.5.

  Well known brands like Hunter, Sketchers, Crocs, Nike. Focuses on comfortable shoes, although there are a few heel options too, mostly not ultra high. Good sale and clearance items
