I've been buying shoes for my family and myself from this store for many years, and Sasha inspired me to finally write a review today. A few months ago, I had an issue with my daughter's shoes, and Sasha went above and beyond to help me. She is the store manager, but you can often find her at the front because she genuinely cares about her customers and making sure they have a great experience. Thank you, Sasha, for your kindness and for taking such great care of your customers. You are amazing! :)

It was a day, just so tired. Looking for shoes I don’t need to tie strings. Ms.Kelly was absolutely tried to help me out the best possible way.☺️ Thanks again.

I recently purchased a pair of UGGs and had a wonderful experience thanks to Gurleen. She was incredibly helpful, and kind throughout the whole process, especially while I was shopping with my kids. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you, Gurleen, for going above and beyond! Will be coming back and recommending
