  I was looking for sandals and had no luck but spotted a pair of running shoes I liked. After finding them myself, grabbing a box and walking down the aisle to find where to sit and try them on, finding they didn't fit and having to make 2 more trips to get the right size, I did decide to buy a pair finally. I was walking with a brace on my knee and a cane in hand, visibly limping. I already had a bag with purchases of over $400 in it so was also carrying that around. Not once did an associate even look at me, never mind ask if they could help me. When I finally went to purchase at the register, I stood there for a few minutes until associate 51244 came to take my money. No smile. I had to say thank you before he even thanked me for my purchase. Store was well organized but customer service very poor. Training obviously not done or not followed. I will shop everywhere else before going there again and only if last resort. Looking at the recent reviews I'm surprised it's still in business.

  Very much not wheelchair accessible. They put displays at the ends of aisles that make the entrances to the aisles too small for a standard wheelchair, employees just stood around and stared the entire time I was there instead of offering any kind of assistance with shoes or otherwise.

  Seniors if you want a sleazy disreputable return experience then shop here . The Mgr/Asst Mgr unsure which he was, made my experience feel like I was trying to rip them off. No fool here , lost cause they can keep my purchase and will inform whomever to walk on by this business.
