  They are a bunch of scammers, advertise deals and then there is just nothing on sale... Never shopping here again.

  Most of the other reviews here are about frustration with the selling clothes aspect. Which to be fair to the employees, every other Platos Closet I've been to does the same thing. The downfall with this store though is the lack of friendly staff. On rare occasion a staff member will be friendly, but otherwise they mostly act like you’re inconveniencing them

  I’ve donated clothing in the past at Plato’s and didn’t feel like I received a fair offer, however this time I was surprised with how much they took and offered for it. I am grateful for this recycling option. The staff are always so busy sorting the intake bins and work so quickly. Well done gals. We will be back.

  Went in with my daughter to sell today. 1 laundry basket of brands teens love perfectly folded. When we walked in it looked like a bomb hit it. Bags and bins everywhere. The girls behind the counter seemed rude. Went back when they were done “sorting” (cuz let’s be honest they don’t look at things) and they offered my daughter $17.75. For 9 items from her bin. Then we went to get the basket of their “rejects” and it was burried under other stuff. Literally will not be returning, and today it was dirty, smelled dirty, was unorganized. And the stuff I saw out was all SHEIN garbage. Epic fail.

  Amazing deals to be found IF you can find them in this insanely chaotic and disorganized store. There were things to be processed everywhere, it was like an episode of Hoarders. The racks were stuffed, which can be a good thing, but not if it means you can move anything on the racks. Impossible to move around as the aisles are so close together only 1 person can be in them at a time. I understand this is the weekend before back to school, but good grief. If anything, the store should have been organized and put together before the shoppers came in. Instead, piles and piles and piles of stuff to go through everywhere. There were racks all over the place with no rhyme or reason to them, just random things placed on them. It can be a great store, but I think the owners and/or management needs to come in and do an overhaul as the business model currently in place is not working.
