  I brought in a pair of lulu track pants that had separated at the seems. I've shopped at lulu for years, so I couldnt understand how she was unable to pull up my account information. I provided my email and phone number, the same number I've always used when making purchases at lulu, and I've bought from the Nanaimo store before, so... yeah. She offered little help, and no solution. The pants went into the garbage and I spent $300 on a new hoodie and some new jogging pants. Maybe I was expecting too much to be treated like a valued customer, I felt more like an inconvenience or someone trying to take advantage of the system. The clothes are generally great, but the experience at the store was sub par. I think ill try online next time.

  I wanna write a review and share my experience here in this outlet. Recently I bought a longsleeve shirts online 5 of different kind I kept 1 the four are tight on arm and chest. they are all in regular price. I returned them in store at nanaimo lulu and the lady cashier asked me to enter my card to thier machine for refund and long story short it declined my card in 4 attempts. She asked if it ok to give a gift card I said no, so I ran outside and barrowed my bf’s credit card and it was also declined so she gave me this gift card of worth the items I returned + the taxes. We knew both cards are operate flawlessly on daily basis therefore I believe their strategy so that amount could not go anywhere but spend to their store which is unfair and not nice.

  Decent for returns/exchanges. Decent selection most times. Each staff member seems to have their own set of rules. Hate having to deal with the older grey hair women, she is rude. Edit to 3 stars.
