  Josh was incredibly helpful and friendly! Came in to do an exchange and he made the whole process super easy and stress-free. He was kind, professional, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Really appreciated the great customer service — thanks again Josh 😊

  I am so incredibly pleased with Amanda, Mel and the gentleman at the til, (I’m sorry to have forgotten your name!!) at the Woodgrove Mall Lululemon store in Nanaimo. I live in the interior and rural which doesn’t have me close to a lulu store. After not having a good experience in a Kelowna location I was anxious to visit the Nanaimo location regarding an exchange. Both Amanda and Mel provided me with VIP service, assisting me with every question or concern. I could have hugged them! These employees and this location is a dream ❤️ I’m so incredibly grateful for such an incredible display of costumer service! Thank you again to the 3 of you incredible people - I will certainly be back!

  I brought in a pair of lulu track pants that had separated at the seems. I've shopped at lulu for years, so I couldnt understand how she was unable to pull up my account information. I provided my email and phone number, the same number I've always used when making purchases at lulu, and I've bought from the Nanaimo store before, so... yeah. She offered little help, and no solution. The pants went into the garbage and I spent $300 on a new hoodie and some new jogging pants. Maybe I was expecting too much to be treated like a valued customer, I felt more like an inconvenience or someone trying to take advantage of the system. The clothes are generally great, but the experience at the store was sub par. I think ill try online next time.
