You've got to love Bass Pro Shop. If you need it they have it or can get it. Customer service is always exceptional, and while prices are a little higher than you can get online, having warranty options, knowledgeable people to talk with about products, and easy no hassle return policies, is what make these stores so successful. I have yet to walk away from this store with a negative experience. Highly recommended!

Total pro spot. I’ve worked with two different staff members on separate visits, and both were highly professional and knowledgeable. Whenever I browsed other departments, someone would check in to see if I needed help. This is a well-managed store with properly trained staff.

Bought a fishing rod for my son here. $50-70 rod and reel for a youth.. Not maintainable, wouldn't back up their products because it's cheaply made, overpriced garbage. The most I'll buy there is a shirt.. when it comes to gear.. go to, Gone Fishing 100%

My review of this store was removed by staff despite being a very valid complaint, caution they are soliciting positive reviews and squashing actual events rather than addressing them
original review: Just witnessed a man with an intellectual disability being aggressively upsold on a $10 warranty for his $20 pup tent. He didn’t have a phone number for his warranty so they just asked him “for any phone number”.
I was told by a manager this would be addressed, but it is what it is - had I not brought it to their attention this guy would have been charged an extra 50%, and he even agreed to round up his payment to the next dollar for charity. How about you just give him your crappy $20 tent so you can sleep at night? At least now he’ll be able to.
Edit; I see this store is soliciting good reviews via a QR code given to customers who they have positive interactions with - I would like to commend the older guy in the power chair who chatted me up regarding smoker woods, he was cool. I’d like to condemn the other guy (younger) also in a power chair who was training a new employee in predatory sales practices.
I would appreciate a reply to this review, I wasn’t given a QR code card to leave a kind review, and that’s a major red flag to me that they ask people to leave these, they aren’t unsolicited at the very least… I don’t think I’ll be coming back, they clearly aren’t trained in how to recognize someone who shouldn’t be predated on, let alone sell them a weapon etc.
In the sales pitch, the man was told that the warranty “covers bullet holes” to his tent which is also absolutely incredible to infer to an unhoused person. Check your footage
