  I frequently stop in here and have always found the staff to be attentive and helpful. Shopping the sales really helps the budget. Of all things that I have bought here, my best recent experience was buying footwear. The fellow helping me out was awesome. He took the time to find me the right sizes without appearing put out and had great advice on brands and recommended usages.

  got sold a fishing license where my name is completely spelt in lower case. lady working the desk said 'that's how the computer does it' 😂 it looks like a 6 year old issued it.

  Some employees have good customer service others are horrible waited over 10 min just to ask a question while one lady was on her laptop finally decided just to ask since it was a quick question.and the two other employees seemed like they rather focus on other things besides customers.after asking She said " no idea , im busy working on somthing, you can figure it out online on are website" and then continued to ignore and so i left. I was planning on buying scope and binoculars and a bunch of fishing gear. But decided to just leave wasnt feeling like dropping 1000$ after that.

  An employee escorted me from the store after my dog had an accident. I went to clean it up. The other people working there were really nice and said it wasn't a big deal but this other employee said he's escorting me from the store and raised his arms until I was out the door. I was there with my entire family to buy my dad a grill for his birthday and they had no idea where I went.... We ended up leaving, super confusing, super uncomfortable, that was a terrible experience. I didn't even know what to do or say as I just had a guy coming at me

  Went in with my dog to grab some hunting gear for him. One of the older workers at the entrance asked to pet him and my dog peed a little. Mind you he did pee outside before coming in and I did try to clean it with a diaper I had on hand from my son. The worker said it's fine they have a janitor but that it's my fault and ESCORTED .....literally even said he was escorting me.....from the store.... My wife wanted to go to winners so we did that instead and they were so nice with us and our dog
