  Had an excellent experience getting multiple pairs of shades that fit. Mel was helpful and was able to locate the exact model and lens I wanted that was temporarily missing but she found it. Great store!

  Great experience with my online order and in-store pickup. The process was quick and easy, my order was ready on time, and the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend!

  If we can give a negative score, we will. When we entered the Sunglasses Hut Langley store, all the staffs were talking to each other, not paying attention to us customers. There were still at least 20 min. before the store is closed, some of the staffs have already left work. After we purchased the sunglasses, there were still 11 mins before the store is closed, but the staff did not give us a case for the sunglasses. We then asked them about a case for the sunglasses, the staff just shook her head and said she will give us a paper shopping bag. We then left the store, there were still 10 min. left, the staff had left with us with her packed bag and the garbage bag. Wow. ALL of them have time to left early, but NONE have the time to find a sunglasses case for us. The sunglasses cost $288, + tax is more than $300! We went to other Sunglass Hut stores, the staffs are all helpful and friendly, and found the case in 5 seconds. We cannot believe such a huge difference between the stores! Are they the same company? We were very upset and unhappy. AVOID THIS STORE.
