The arrangement was fresh, thoughtfully designed, and truly appreciated during such a meaningful occasion. A special thank you to Love, who assisted me over the phone. She was wonderful, compassionate, and attentive throughout the process. Thank you, Love, for your care, detail, and attention in creating such a beautiful fruit arrangement for our family. Their kindness, professionalism, and quality made a difficult time a little more comforting for our family. - SSSapphireJul 4, 20233.0The arrangement is fresh and delicious but knocked off stars for the poor customer service. First of all, we didn't get notified the timeframe the delivery will be made. It's a perishable so obviously we had to be home to receive it. We didn't get that info until we called them ourselves. Second, the delivery lady had serious attitude when she couldn't find our townhome unit. She was sassy with my husband when she couldn't locate us even though my husband walked out to the street to meet her. For paying over $100 for some fruit, you'd expect better service.
