  Vijayta. She was not just standing behind the counter and did her ordinary cashier work. She was there to provide us reasons why we will have to come back to the store and spend and save money efficiently and effectively through several programs of this DSW company. We will definitely come back. Thanks Vijayta.

  I was disappointed with my experience at this store. The customer service was very poor—no one offered to assist us while we were shopping, even though there were staff around. The checkout process was also frustrating. There was a long line of customers waiting to pay, but only one cashier was open, which caused unnecessary delays. I hope the store can improve its customer service and open more checkout counters during busy hours to provide a better shopping experience for everyone.

  Looks like the employees come here just to hang out. Great selection of shoes but you won't get much assistance. Some shoes have no price tag and we wandered around the enormous store looking for a staff.

  Nice store great layout lots of selection. Very poor check out policy asking for phone # and e mail address before allowing the transaction to be processed,, Was like a 1 st date too much info sharing. Took cashier 4 times before the spelling was correct. Would hesitate to return just based on the checkout policy.
