  Nice store great layout lots of selection. Very poor check out policy asking for phone # and e mail address before allowing the transaction to be processed,, Was like a 1 st date too much info sharing. Took cashier 4 times before the spelling was correct. Would hesitate to return just based on the checkout policy.

  Website says they close at 9 Thursday to Sunday, this is a lie. We came and there were a lot of people also deceived by this waiting outside. When you call it says they close at 7, there are no store hours posted out front. Please fix this

  First time shopping here and I have to say it was an excellent experience. The store so so incredibly tidy and well organized ESPECIALLY for a shoe store. Even the clearance section was immaculate. The staff was incredibly friendly and charming. They were available without being overbearing. Sometimes because of the way I look and often having a backpack I can get some weird energy from staff and security, but I did not experience this here. I appreciate that a lot and likely will shop here again. I dont buy shoes often but I might just find a reason to haha.

  Today, we went to Designer Shoe Warehouse at Willowbrook shopping centre. It was pretty quiet, but a few employees were stocking shelves in ladies’ and kids’ area. In men’s area I was waiting with a box, hoping for some help since all the boxes only had right sandals. I noticed two employees by the cash registers chatting, and one of them, Chloe, looked at me three times but didn’t even bother to acknowledge me. I finally approached them, but they kept talking. When I asked for help, neither of them was willing to assist. I told Chloe I needed the left shoe, but she didn’t react. I mentioned it wasn’t very professional to just ignore customers, and she replied, “I didn’t see you, so why would I even look at you?” At that point, another cashier, Cush, walked over, apologizing for the experience and helping me. He was super professional and got me the left sandal. I noticed Chloe B and the other employee were just looking at us and laughing. I told them that was disrespectful, but Chloe kept saying things I couldn’t hear. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told Chloe was the acting manager because the manager doesn’t work weekends. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. As we were leaving, we noticed that even though there was a line at the register, they were still talking and only one cashier was helping the customers. I’M DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK TO THAT STORE
