  am very disappointed with my experience. I bought a pair of walking shoes two days ago and was told that if there was any issue with them, I could return them within 16 days. After wearing the shoes, I experienced a burning sensation in my feet, so I went back to the store to explain the problem. I placed my brand-new shoes on the counter, but I felt completely ignored. No one took the time to properly look at them or ask me what the issue was. Instead, the staff and the manager seemed to assume I was only there to get a refund or exchange. Good customer service starts with listening to the customer, understanding their concern, apologizing for the inconvenience, and then trying to find a solution. Unfortunately, none of that happened. The manager was dismissive and came across as rude. He did not apologize, show any empathy, or offer any alternative solution. I even explained that I wasn’t there just to get a refund—I simply wanted help because the shoes were causing a burning sensation on my feet—but my concerns were ignored. I left the store feeling disappointed, disrespected, and unheard. I hope the store provides better customer service training so customers are treated with respect and their concerns are taken seriously.

  Clean store. We managed to find shoes that fit my kiddos big feet but if you're looking for bigger than 14 good luck. We found two pairs of 15. Staff were not friendly in the till - they'd rather talk to each other but then, they are teenagers. We might be back but I'm guessing finding 15s might be hard.

  I don't recommend everyone to buy shoes in this store, if you bought shoes as a gift, they didn't fit a person, you won't be able to return them even with a receipt, and the second is a rude attitude, the manager himself told us that he won't make any refund, just some horror I don't advise as much as possible

  Terrible, extremely incompetent and impolite staff. I hope the store management will somehow influence this, but for now I don’t want to go back to the store.
