  Clean store. We managed to find shoes that fit my kiddos big feet but if you're looking for bigger than 14 good luck. We found two pairs of 15. Staff were not friendly in the till - they'd rather talk to each other but then, they are teenagers. We might be back but I'm guessing finding 15s might be hard.

  I don't recommend everyone to buy shoes in this store, if you bought shoes as a gift, they didn't fit a person, you won't be able to return them even with a receipt, and the second is a rude attitude, the manager himself told us that he won't make any refund, just some horror I don't advise as much as possible

  Terrible, extremely incompetent and impolite staff. I hope the store management will somehow influence this, but for now I don’t want to go back to the store.

  I would give zero stars if I could. The store manager tried to sell me very dirty shoes from the "sale" area at more than the cost for shoes in the main store. What a rip-off. I will never return. I went nextdoor and bought 2 pairs of shoes at their competitor - super friendly staff and great shoes

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received, especially from the assistant manager. On June 13, 2026, my husband and I purchased a pair of shoes from this store. At the time of purchase, I was told that if the size did not fit, I would have 16 days to return or exchange them. After trying the shoes on at home, I realized they were too small. I only wore them once inside my house to check the fit and never wore them outside. The very next day, June 14, 2026, I returned to the store to exchange them for a different size or request a refund. To my surprise, the assistant manager refused both options, claiming that the shoes had been worn. This accusation is completely false. The shoes were only tried on indoors and were never used outside. What upset me the most was the attitude and lack of professionalism shown by the assistant manager. Instead of helping a customer and honoring the return policy that was explained at the time of purchase, they immediately dismissed my concerns and treated me unfairly. This experience has left me feeling that the store is simply looking for excuses to avoid exchanges and refunds. I expected much better customer service and respect. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this store to others and will think twice before shopping here again. Very disappointing service and a complete lack of customer care.
