  Brought in 3 full bags of perfectly good clothes, consisting of what THEY STATE on their website that they will buy. They took NONE of it. Absolutely nothing. I don't understand the thought process behind this. They say they will buy your clothes but then return it all back to you. Never trying to bring anything here ever again.

  Took in Lululemon, Aritzia, Garage clothing. One girl went through the pieces right away because I only had a few. She said “all brands we love!” . When I went to pick them up, they said they couldn’t take any pieces because there’s stains and not the style they’re looking for. There’s not a single stain on anything and it’s all current style stuff. I browsed in the shop and they have TONS of outdated, old Lululemon styles. Waste of time. Would not recommend.

  I brought some clothes in and they rejected them for being to well loved, as I look around for a white long sleeve I see the most awful makeup stains on other clothes and when I attempt to open my bag to see what they didn’t take it’s ripped it was a closable shopping bag and the zipper is gone and the top is coming off and I cannot open it without completely ripping the whole thing apart.

  Felt very dismissed by customer service today. I brought in 2 large containers, she looked at the top layer which were hoodies, said no too pilly (fair enough) and turned me away. I had good quality shoes, jeans, faux leather jacket further down. Disappointed to not be given the time of day and opportunity to leave my things to assessed properly.

  I had called ahead asking if they accept all seasons of clothing and told her about some of the items and she told me “yes” and so I brought them in. I had washed all The clothing and laid them flat in the tote as per their direction. I brought in a bunch of clothes, the old man at the front says “let’s take a look”, no exaggeration, he spent 5 seconds to look at them, didn’t take anything out or look at the items and said “we can’t accept those” I had lulus, gymshark, dynamite, etc but instead they accept SHEIN items, clothing from Walmart and pilled clothing. So I asked her about brand new SHEIN stuff with tags on it and she said we aren’t accepting these. I don’t understand how they run things there, makes no sense and different staff tell you different information. Very rude and condescending. And talk about overcrowding! Absolute chaos. Please don’t bring your stuff here. I ended up donating my stuff to a non profit charity instead.
