- CPChrista PrimasAug 23, 20265.0WOW! I have had the most wonderful experiences at Lululemon in Kelowna. Outstanding customer service and such a variety of quality products. A special mention to Megan as she was so helpful in the store and went above and beyond to ensure that I got everything that I was looking for. Thank you Megan and Lululemon Kelowna!
- BKBonnie KrisherJul 18, 20261.0I went to return a shirt I’d purchased with the receipt. They wouldn’t return it without the original tag. I didn’t realize lululemon had such a terrible return policy. I will never shop there again.
- DWDustin WinzerJul 16, 20265.0I stopped at the Lululemon downtown Kelowna location because I was dealing with a nasty hangnail that had become painful. The staff were incredibly kind and offered me nail clippers and tweezers to help out. They even helped me remove part of the nail that was causing the issue, and the relief was immediate. It was definitely not the typical reason someone visits Lululemon, but I really appreciated their willingness to go out of their way to help. Great customer service and a memorable experience.
