  I went to return a shirt I’d purchased with the receipt. They wouldn’t return it without the original tag. I didn’t realize lululemon had such a terrible return policy. I will never shop there again.

  I stopped at the Lululemon downtown Kelowna location because I was dealing with a nasty hangnail that had become painful. The staff were incredibly kind and offered me nail clippers and tweezers to help out. They even helped me remove part of the nail that was causing the issue, and the relief was immediate. It was definitely not the typical reason someone visits Lululemon, but I really appreciated their willingness to go out of their way to help. Great customer service and a memorable experience.

  My husband bought my birthday gift here and explicitly requested a gift receipt. Instead of a surprise, I got spammed with multiple emails. Please update your system and train staff to ensure gift receipts actually remain a secret!

  I’ve been a loyal and consistent customer of this location and many other Lululemons for 10+ years. Over the years they’ve been super helpful when my products have a defect and either offered repair or replaced it. Today I was told I would get neither replacement or repair for the same things because their computer system didn’t properly save my purchase history beyond the past few months. Incredibly disappointing experience, I will be purchasing from other brands indefinitely.
