- DWD WAug 20, 20261.0Have already been waiting for 10 mins, the line was twice as long. While I was browsing there were two employees standing near the entrance loudly gossiping and talking about their negative customer interactions. By the time I finally made it to the till there was no apology for the wait. Where has customer service gone??

This week I purchased bras that I tried on at the store and they fit, when I got home I learned the style was uncomfortable. I called and explained, (they actually answered the phone, it’s not an automated voice) and they graciously said I could exchange them. The exchange was easy and pleasant. I’m so grateful for the kind service.
