  Won’t be returning. Went in for two of the most basic pairs of shoes to find neither available in store. Wandered around the store, obviously looking lost, as i couldn’t find what i was looking for and for no employee attempted to help me. When was straightening boxes and the other was walking between the back and the cashiers desk. Had to overpay for a pair of shoes that are going to fall apart as the other three pairs on including one on display are already falling apart. Was already extremely disappointed with my purchase, the to come to the till and be told that I’m not allowed to purchase anything without creating an account. When I was told that I almost left the store at that point, but with no other choice of a pair of shitty shoes. I kept checking numbers until I found a family member who made an account years ago. And Use their account, as I will not be providing my personal information or phone number for tracking of any kind to this business. 0 star customer care, 0 star selection. For a business that used to thrive in both those areas, I’m extremely disappointed.

  The whole store only has 2 pairs of women's work/hiking boots. 1 pair has pink laces, the other pair has purple laces. Only 2 options both with "female colors"?

  Great place to shop with great deals. The staff are amazing and the customer service is great. And I wanna give a special shoutout to the girl with red hair working. I didn’t catch her name but she went above and beyond for my needs as a customer. i love how they can order shoes in if they don’t have your size and it comes in quickly too.
