  Extremely disappointing experience with the manager, Shelly, at this location. My wife accidentally grabbed a pair of shorts that had been placed with the size mediums, only to realize when she tried them on at home that they were actually XXS. She had removed the tag before trying them on, but still had the tag and receipt in hand. She immediately drove back to the store hoping to simply return or exchange them. The rest of the staff were kind and helpful, but unfortunately the interaction with Shelly was completely different. She refused the return or exchange and handled the situation in a way that left my wife feeling embarrassed and awful, publicly in the store. I wasn't there myself, but my wife called me afterward extremely upset. We contacted Lululemon directly, explained exactly what happened, and they had no issue authorizing the return. My wife has been an avid Lululemon customer for around 20 years and has never had an experience like this. Policies are one thing, but the way customers are treated matters just as much. A simple mistake involving a pair of shorts shouldn't result in a longtime customer leaving the store feeling humiliated. Very disappointing experience with the management at this location.

  Not a good selection of mens clothing at this location, but they got a few things. But that is the same with any store with all the clothing stores in Kamloops. I am from Vancouver, thats where you can find a much better selection

  I had Brooke helping me and she was amazing, so kind and friendly. Went out of her way to help me use my gift cards. Other staff managing the dressing rooms were also so proactive and helpful. Great team and thanks again Brooke!

  There doesn't seem to be as many in store options as there once was. The staff are amazing and very polite and helpful but you may have to order online if your looking for certain designs or color options.

  Listen I didn't mind paying their outrageous prices for their product when it was made in Canada. But then they shipped it over seas to save money but their prices sure didn't go down. There is no reason a sports bra is worth over 100 dollars.
