- DKDan KlassenApr 2, 20241.0Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ignorant rude and sarcastic. Never buy anything from this store.
- ADApril DekkersApr 25, 20231.0I declined to give my personal info and declined to donate to their charity. She didn’t seemed to pleased as her demeanour changed. Paid with cash, and she dropped the change on the counter. I asked why she dropped it on the counter like that as it’s quite rude and she replied “well I don’t want to touch your hand!” Perhaps it’s time to find a new job, lady. I’m sorry you’re miserable.
- SRSeth RApr 4, 20225.0Under new management, customer service at the till was great, I believe the assistant manager helped me try and find a specific pair of shoes and looked at a couple other stores when they didnt have them! Store was being rearranged, staff was checking in with customers. Do suggest going in if you're in need of a new pair of shoes.
