  Had a horrible experience and will never come to any Plato’s closet ever again. Nor will I ever recommend them ever again. Tried to say they wouldn’t take my clothing because they were all “out of season” although there were fall items in my bag some new with tags!! I bet if they were xs/s they would’ve taken them! They had a horrible plus size collection when I shopped around as I waited for my stuff. And I seen clothes full of animal hair. And yet my stuff wasn’t good enough. I heard the rumours About the store, but I didn’t think they were true. Now I know they are.

  Good prices, nice layout and friendly staff. They have sizes from teens to adults, no young children's clothes here.

  Selective w. Clothes they said, and there were so many stains on lots of clothing hanging on your shelf. 🙄They made a big deal about my brand new coach bag, but couldn't be kind enough to make a reasonable offer. I suggest FB marketplace over this place.

  For a shop "overflowing with back-stock", there's virtually no plus size options here. Been in a few times with no real luck. Brought in a few bags, they rejected them all (for the forementioned reason) aside from a pair of never-worn shoes, which they offered $5 for. I cut my losses.

  ⭐️ 1/5 Really disappointing experience. My friend and I each brought in three large bags of clothing and checked in about a minute apart. We were both told it would take around an hour to go through everything. Somehow, within about 10 minutes, we both received texts at almost the exact same time saying our items were ready for pickup, and they purchased absolutely nothing from either of us. With six large bags total, I genuinely don't believe everything was properly looked through in that amount of time. I had popular brands including Torrid, SHEIN, and Lululemon, with several items brand new with tags. My friend had brands like Aritzia and Oak + Fort, also including new-with-tags items. Some of these were the exact types of clothing and brands they had listed as wanted, which made the experience even more confusing. The staff also wasn't very friendly, and the entire interaction felt dismissive and judgmental. We drove quite far because we'd heard good things about this location, so it was especially disappointing. We ended up going to another Plato's Closet afterward, where they actually took the time to go through our things and purchased a lot of our items. That really confirmed for us how different the experience was at this location. Also, if you're looking for plus-size clothing, I wouldn't recommend this location for shopping either. Their plus-size section was extremely limited and disappointing. Unfortunately, neither of us will be coming back.
