About
Sportswear Store
WE ARE MWO.
Founded by Sam Waddington in 2012, Mt. Waddington Outdoors started with a clear mission: to provide the gear and expertise needed to explore the backcountry. Based in Chilliwack, we quickly became a trusted resource throughout the Fraser Valley and beyond.
Early on, we began specializing in packrafts and have since become the largest distributor of packrafts in the world. We’re also the go-to location for resources on everything packrafting, trusted globally by those seeking top-tier gear and expert advice.
We’re committed to giving back to the environment and the community through efforts like our 1% for Chilliwack Trails Initiative, and by hosting workshops and events that bring people together.
