  What a nightmare experience. The young blonde girl is wandering around aimlessly doing nothing and never came to ask me if I needed help. There were two older ladies working behind the counter and I had to walk up and ask them how I actually can try on clothes because I’m standing at the fitting room area with no Service. I finally got into a change room and selected the shorts I was going to buy and as I was checking out, I noticed that there’s a old piece of protective plastic from the factory on their card reader and you can barely see through it, and I peeled it off in the lady responded sharply saying oh we can’t take that off. I said it’s hard to read because the plastic is all scratched than dirty, and I said is this company policy and she had a stupid look on her face and I left it at that Obviously, they need some management in that store

  The store employee here is a scam. We inquire the cost of 2 jackets that has a sign 70% not up to but 70%. Li Fan was the one helping us. First she said this is 40% then she went to remove the 70% sign. The second jacket she rung it to check the price and said it’s a mistake, this is 60%. All the identical jacket is under the 70%, I understand if it’s single and someone put it there but all of them are under the 70%. Li fan did not honour the discount and she remove the other jacket that we were inquiring.

  I call today to ask regarding my items if possible i can change but the staff is rude.
