  Liars. Don’t give them your email address under any circumstances. They’ll promise you that they don’t spam you, then they send you multiple emails every week and the unsubscribe doesn’t work. I’ll never go there again.

  We had a great experience shopping for back to school shoes for our kids. A big shout out to the wonderful sales associate, Suma! Suma immediately greeted us warmly when we arrived. Then she offered to measure our kids for sizing and promptly returned with multiple options that best suited our needs. She went above and beyond, and made the process simple and easy. We really appreciated her help and creating a positive experience for our whole family! Suma's customer service especially stood out since we had a disappointing experience at another mall shoe store. The cashier there did not care at all and asked us to measure ourselves and just pointed at a rack of shoes to look through. Shoe shopping can be overwhelming - For example, not knowing how to size properly or how to look for alternative, equivalent options for kids in the women's or men's sections. We ended up leaving that store without purchasing anything. We figured at that point, we might as well order online and take our chances. So when we entered the Lougheed mall location, I was a little apprehensive and honestly, had very low expectations. Suma was such a wonderful reminder of what great customer service and human connection used to be like. Thank you!

  I already purchased these shoes for $50 and paid for them. I understand they were in the wrong box, but that was an inventory error on your end. I don't think it's fair to refund my purchase and then tell me I have to pay $119 for the correct pair. I should have liked to speak to a manager and have the original $50 price honoured. I feel dumb.
