  I’ve been researching the Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses for a while, but I had a ton of specific questions about the camera quality and how the AI actually works in daily life. Smit at Sunglass Hut was absolutely brilliant. He didn't just try to sell me; he patiently answered every single question, walked me through the tech specs, and even explained the app setup. His product knowledge is next level. Walked out with a pair and I'm totally thrilled. Highly recommend asking for Smit!

  ​I walked into Sunglass Hut just wanting to browse and see the Meta AI glasses in person, with no intention of actually buying them today. That changed thanks to Smit! He was fantastic—super helpful, friendly, and took the time to show me exactly what these smart glasses can do. I ended up making the purchase and couldn't be happier. If you're curious about these, definitely go see Smit. Awesome experience all around!

  I had a fantastic experience at the Sunglass Hut in Metropolis at Metrotown. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff who made me feel comfortable right away. A special shoutout to Yhanvi and the store manager for providing exceptional customer service throughout my visit. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and helped me explore different styles and options without ever making me feel pressured. Their product knowledge, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. What impressed me most was that even though I didn't make a purchase during this visit, the team treated me with the same level of care and attention as they would any customer making a purchase. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, which made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. It's clear that their focus is on building relationships and helping customers find the right product, not just making a sale. The store was clean, organized, and offered a great selection of sunglasses. I left feeling informed, valued, and confident about my future purchase. Because of the outstanding service I received from Yhanvi, the manager, and the rest of the team, I will definitely be returning soon when I'm ready to buy.
