- KKKaila KosuljandicJun 20, 20265.0I had an amazing experience at this location today. Although I purchased my Gucci sunglasses from Holt Renfrew, the staff were more than happy to help adjust them for me. One arm was too tight while the other was too loose, making them uncomfortable to wear. They carefully adjusted the screws, and now they fit perfectly. The team also cleaned my sunglasses and took the time to tell me about their cleaning kit, which includes a lens cleaner that can be refilled at any of their locations when it runs out. The kit also comes with a small screwdriver for making adjustments yourself, which is great to have in case I ever need to fine-tune the fit again. It even includes a microfiber cloth that honestly works much better than the one that came with my Gucci sunglasses. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire visit. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall!
