  Sirjan was very kind and nice, She explained every specification about Meta glasses in detail. She showed me the camera quality also. Kelvin and Valeria were also very friendly and kind. They helped me getting the perfect glasses for myself, from the right frame shape to accurate size. I really appreciate all three at the store✨ Thanks alot.

  Amazing customer service at Sunglass Hut Metrotown! I bought my sunglasses about 6 months ago, and after accidentally sitting on them and damaging the frame, their staff fixed them for free. Really appreciate their kindness and support. Highly recommend! ♥️

  I had an amazing experience at Sunglass Hut in Metrotown, Burnaby. From the moment I walked in, the staff were super welcoming and genuinely kind. They took the time to help me find the perfect pair of Meta glasses and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. The customer service was honestly top-tier very patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. You can tell they actually care about helping you find something that looks good and fits your style. Overall, a 5-star experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for quality sunglasses and great service.

  Only 5* because of the store team customer service and the SM impeccable approach with the issue I had. I had a very positive in-store experience, and I want to recognize the excellent customer service from both the Store Manager and team. They were professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made me feel confident shopping with Sunglass Hut again after not purchasing for several years. My feedback is not about the stores, but about the company’s e-commerce communication after the purchase. I ordered two pairs of sunglasses to be shipped to my home, but the emails I received were unclear and inconsistent. The first confirmation email listed only one item, even though I purchased two. It also mentioned that orders may arrive in multiple packages, but I never received any follow-up email confirming that the second item had shipped separately or providing a second tracking number. I later received a “Your Order Has Shipped” email with the same generic message, but no clear update about the missing item. This created unnecessary confusion and frustration. The retail teams delivered great service, but the online order communication process needs improvement. Clearer and more accurate updates would make the customer experience much smoother and more trustworthy. If you buy online from them, expect to be confused about what you are getting in the parcel.
