  I received great service from Maricarmen at the Brentwood location. She helped me with a feature on a North Face jacket that was not intuitive nor any instructions. It was critical in my decision to purchase the jacket. Thanks Maricarmen!

  I love the way everything is set up here and how helpful the staff was! Marco and Isabella were so patient and knowledgeable while helping me make the best choice for shoes. Would definitely come back!

  We had a great experience shopping for footwear and your associate, Jaxon, was very patient and attentive offering comparisons, and suitable alternatives. We left with 3 pairs of well fitting shoes for two pairs of hard to fit feet.

  I had an amazing experience on Monday when talking with Emilia she demonstrated outstanding communication skills and pointed me out to the shoes I was looking for despite English being my second language she was able to understand me and even laugh with me about a friend trying to teach her Spanish. Great store would definitely come back 😁

  I bought a pair of On Cloudleap shoes for my daughter from this Sporting Life location in April 2026. The shoes have built-in elastic laces that allow them to be slipped on and off without tying. After only three months of normal use, one of the laces snapped. Since the laces are integrated into the shoes, they can't simply be replaced, so I brought them back to the store hoping they could offer some assistance. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The manager took a quick look and immediately dismissed it as normal wear and tear. I understand that shoes don't last forever, but after only three months, I expected a little more consideration and a willingness to help. Instead, the only solution offered was a pair of regular replacement laces that didn't even match the shoes and weren't an actual replacement for the built-in laces. What disappointed me most wasn't that the store couldn't replace the shoes—it was the lack of customer service. I left feeling like my concerns were dismissed without any real effort to find a reasonable solution. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and have their concerns taken seriously. Unfortunately, based on this experience, my family will be shopping elsewhere in the future.
